3. A completed school KG information form (for KG applicants).
4. A copy of the applicant’s passport. Before registration is considered final, the original and this copy must be seen by school officials who will stamp the copy to confirm that it is identical to the original. The Ministry of Education requires that the passport carries a valid residential status.
5. Previous school report or transcript (for students for whom this school is not their first). Before registration is considered final, an officially stamped copy of this transcript is required. The Ministry of Education requires that this document is translated into Arabic.
6. A map showing the family’s residential address (for applicants who wish to use school transport).
7. Six recent passport-size photos of the applicant.
8. A copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate. (The Ministry of Education requires that this document is officially stamped and translated into Arabic)
9. A Transfer Certificate. The Ministry of Education requires that this document is officially stamped and translated into Arabic.
10. All students are requested to have an interview (for KG students) or sit a placement exam (for all other grades). Acceptance or rejection is based on the result of the interview/exam.
Upon acceptance, if any documents have yet to be submitted, parents must present these to the Office Manager before proceeding to the accounts office where they sign the financial contract (guarantee form) and pay the required portion of the annual fees.
